Located a short distance from the renowned Costa Rei beach and the striking Scoglio di Peppino, the Nicolaus Prime Villas Resort is the ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of southeastern Sardinia. Nearby Muravera, with its cultural events and food and wine traditions, enriches the resort experience. Cagliari airport, about 70 km away, is easily accessible to ensure convenience for guests.

Hotel
The resort is distinguished by its elegant architecture and harmony with its surroundings. Rooms are located between the main building and the garden area, offering a variety of accommodations to suit the different needs of guests. The facility includes a restaurant with buffet service, a bar, a beach kiosk, a swimming pool, and a children's play area. For sports enthusiasts, a soccer field, two padel courts, beach volleyball, and table tennis are available. Outdoor parking and Wi-Fi in public areas round out the range of services.

The 84 rooms at Nicolaus Prime Villas Resort are an invitation to comfort and relaxation. Each room type is designed to meet guests' needs for space and privacy:

- Classic: up to 4 beds, with a garden view, equipped with all modern amenities and a furnished patio or balcony to enjoy the tranquility outside.
- Superior: larger than the Classic, located in the main building with pool view, ideal for those who want easy access to the main areas of the resort.
- Suites: in a private location, with direct entrance to a master bedroom and a second bedroom, all on the ground floor with a patio equipped for private moments of relaxation.
- Romantic Suite: perfect for couples, located in the main building with an en-suite jacuzzi tub and exposed shower, for a romantic stay.
- Family Suite: up to 6 beds, on the ground or second floor, with several rooms and separate living room, designed to provide space and comfort for families.

Disabled rooms on request with walk-in shower but without grab bars even next to the toilet. The toilet has a hand shower.

Beach
Costa Rei beach, just 600 meters from the resort, is easily reached by a leisurely walk or by golf car service. This expanse of fine white sand overlooks a gently sloping sea, ideal for families with children. The beach is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and offers a kiosk bar, toilets and showers. Beach towels are available on deposit with midweek changes.

The Nicolino Team, along with the cheerful Mascot Nicolino, will take care of the little guests with activities organized by age groups. The Nicolino Mini Club (ages 3–6) and Nicolino Kids Club (ages 6–12) offer exciting and engaging experiences. At the Nicolino Club, a covered and well-equipped area, children can unleash their creativity and talent while exploring Nicolino's magical world.

Nicolino Card
The Nicolino Card is the special touch for families. It includes access to the Pappe e Mamme service, designed to meet the needs of the little ones, and an exclusive Nicolino Kit. This kit features a colorful bag, a bathrobe/poncho, a silicone bib, a personalized passport, and a surprise gadget, turning every day into an adventure.

Tessera Club
The Tessera Club ensures comfort and fun for the whole family. It includes beach service with one umbrella and two sunbeds per room (assigned from the third row onward; first and second rows available for an extra charge), a beach towel with a weekly change, shuttle service to and from the beach, and access to the pool equipped with a solarium area. The offer is completed with group sports lessons, equipped courts, a gym, and a lively day and evening entertainment program designed for both adults and children.

Restaurant 
The resort restaurant welcomes guests with buffet service and assigned tables throughout their stay, ensuring an organized and personal dining experience. Weekly "Sardinian Evening" and "Elegant Evening" offer a touch of tradition and sophistication. For guests who prefer healthy cuisine, a nature and wellness corner is available at breakfast with specific products.

Full board begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure, with drinks included with meals.

Services & Activities

The resort offers a range of additional services for a fee, including spa entrance, treatments and massages, laundry service, newspaper and tobacco sales, babysitting services on request, and a diving centre. For active guests, excursions and rental of boats, dinghies and water sports equipment are available nearby.

Pets: Small pets (maximum 10 kg), such as dogs, cats, rabbits and caged birds, can be accommodated upon request. Excluded from common areas and the beach. 

- Club card, compulsory from 3 years of age € 56 per person per week to be paid at the agency.

- Tourist tax is to be paid on site.
