Location
Located along Sardinia’s stunning south-eastern coast, the Garden Beach Hotel enjoys a strategic position between two of the island’s most popular seaside destinations. It sits along the scenic road connecting Villasimius (12 km) and Costa Rei (just 3 km), surrounded by unspoilt Mediterranean landscapes. The nearest airport is Cagliari, about 60 km away.

The Garden Beach Hotel is located just steps from the stunning Cala Sinzias beach, a stretch of fine white sand dotted with occasional rocky outcrops. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery, tropical plants and eucalyptus trees, the resort offers a peaceful retreat immersed in nature. The sea, accessible through a shady pine grove, features shallow and uneven seabeds and crystal-clear waters, repeatedly recognised by Goletta Verde for their exceptional quality.

Rooms

The Garden Beach Hotel offers 104 rooms, divided into different categories distinguished by their location and services. Ten of these are located on the first floor above the restaurant. The rooms, ranging from 15 to 18 m², are simply furnished in traditional Sardinian style. Some units can accommodate a third and a fourth bed (the latter being a bunk bed, replaced by a double sofa bed in the Junior Suites).

Classic – 15-18 m², double bed
Welcoming rooms with Sardinian-style furnishings, located in the second row from the sea, mountain side. They feature a window or French door (available at extra charge) and have no sea view. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Outside, a small patio furnished with a table and two chairs. Dedicated restaurant: La Bahia with buffet service (drinks not included).
Included services: beach towel, 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room (from the third row).
The fourth bed is always a bunk bed.

Superior – 15 m², double bed
Furnished in Sardinian style, these rooms are located by the pool. They have a French door but no sea view. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Patio with table and chairs. Dedicated restaurant: La Bahia with buffet service (drinks not included).
Included services: beach towel, 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room (from the third row).

Prestige – 15-18 m², double bed
Located in the first row from the sea (without direct sea view), Prestige rooms feature a furnished patio with table and chairs and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Same furnishings and amenities as the Classic rooms, with additional Prestige services: evening turndown, bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style at La Bahia; upon reservation by 12:00, guests can enjoy dinner included at Sunset Lounge (07.05–08.10) with table service, drinks not included.
Included services: beach towel, 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room in the second row, fruit snack at the Beach Bar, 1 daily newspaper of choice.
The fourth bed is always a bunk bed.

Junior Suite – 25 m², 2 to 6 beds
Comprising two separate rooms, they include a double sofa bed as the 3rd and 4th beds and a pouf bed as the 5th and 6th. Located on the ground floor with garden or on the first floor; some offer a sea view, but without balcony. They include all Classic amenities. Breakfast and dinner buffet at La Bahia (drinks not included). Upon reservation by 12:00, dinner included at Sunset Lounge with table service, drinks not included.
Included services (Prestige formula): exclusive courtesy line, bathrobe, slippers, clothes rack, evening turndown, 2 fruit snacks at the Beach Bar, 1 daily newspaper of choice (in Italian), beach towel, 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds in the first row, late check-out until 13:00.

Note: French door in Classic and Prestige rooms is available at a supplement of €20.00 per day, upon reservation and subject to availability. Rooms equipped for guests with disabilities are available on request. Connecting rooms and smoking rooms are not available.

Beach

The beautiful beach of Cala Sinzias is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, restrooms and showers, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout the day.

The beach service includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room (row assigned according to room type) plus beach towels, and is included with the payment of the Club Card.

The first row can be reserved, subject to availability, directly at reception upon arrival, at a cost of €30.00 per day (including 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds).
The second row is available at €20.00 per day, subject to availability, and is included free of charge for guests staying in Prestige rooms.

Beach service and assistance are available daily from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Garden beauty center

For a truly relaxing break, the resort offers a wide selection of facial and body treatments, designed to rejuvenate the body and restore balance to the senses. Guests can also choose from a variety of massages, performed with expert techniques, to enjoy an authentic experience of relaxation and harmony.

Sport

Fitness enthusiasts will find a wide range of sports facilities at the resort, designed to ensure fun and well-being at any time of the day.

Gym – A modern, air-conditioned fitness room equipped with the latest Technogym and Panatta Sport machines, perfect for staying in shape even on holiday.
Tennis courts – Two synthetic grass courts, ideal for exciting matches in any season.
Five-a-side football – For dynamic and engaging football matches.
Beach volleyball – Perfect for enjoying the sea with energy and team spirit.
Padel tennis – A court available upon reservation and with an extra charge.

Family

The Garden Beach Hotel pays special attention to younger guests, offering services and activities tailored to each age group. The Baby Club welcomes children aged 4 to 11 with recreational programs and fun Baby Dance evenings, while the Young Club (12–16 years) offers sports and entertainment designed for older kids.

For children up to 2 years old, a mandatory supplement of €25 per day applies. A nursery service (0–2 years) is also available, equipped with packaged products specifically for infants: baby food, purées, freeze-dried products, pasta for infants, biscuits, powdered milk, fresh milk, yogurt, semolina and more.

Restaurant

At the heart of the resort’s culinary offering, the main restaurant La Bahia welcomes guests staying in Classic and Prestige Rooms with a rich buffet breakfast, served from 7:30 to 10:00, featuring a wide selection of sweet and savoury dishes. At lunch, from 12:30 to 14:00, a light buffet is available: included for guests on full board and at an extra charge for those on half board. In the evening, from 19:30 to 21:00, La Bahia presents a Grand International Buffet, ranging from traditional local recipes to international cuisine. Drinks are always at an additional cost. Seating is assigned.

In a charming seafront setting, the Sunset Lounge offers a romantic and refined atmosphere, perfect for a candlelit dinner. Open from 20:00 to 22:00, it serves a table d’hôte menu with full table service. For guests staying in Prestige Rooms and Junior Suites, access is complimentary, with table reservations required by 12:00. Guests in Classic and Superior Rooms may access the restaurant with an additional fee, subject to availability. Drinks are not included. The Sunset Lounge also opens for lunch, from 12:30 to 15:00, for those wishing to enjoy a gourmet experience during the day.

Throughout the day, guests can enjoy a refreshing drink or an aperitif at the American Bar, by the pool and open from 10:00 until 01:00, or at the Beach Bar, located directly on the beach and open from 9:00 to 19:00, which also serves light snacks and small dishes.

The opening times of restaurants and bars may vary during the season, depending on weather conditions and the management’s decisions. Service arrangements may also be subject to change.

Services & Activities
The beautiful beach of Cala Sinzias, sheltered by the promontory of the same name, is well equipped with numerous services and is also accessible to guests with disabilities. The Garden Beach Hotel also features a large 2000 m² freshwater pool, with relaxation areas and a section dedicated to children.

Available facilities include: fitness area, Garden Beauty Center with treatments and massages, Club Shop, tennis courts, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, a padel court (extra charge), and an amphitheatre with a capacity of up to 400 seats.

Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the property, but it is not guaranteed inside the rooms.

Club Card – Mandatory from 06/06 to 04/09, to be paid on site: €8.00 per adult per day (from 14 years old); €6.00 per child per day (from 4 years old). It includes: beach service with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room (row depending on room type), beach towels, main pool and children’s pool, aerobics and fitness classes, sports tournaments organized by the entertainment team, fitness area, tennis, five-a-side football and beach volleyball courts, free use of canoes (subject to availability and weather conditions), Mini Club and Young Club available until early September.

Tourist tax – The Municipality of Castiadas requires a contribution of €3.50 per person per night, to be paid on site (exemptions: children up to 10 years old and guests with disabilities). The tax applies throughout the season.
