Villa Venere is an elegant newly built residence located just 300 metres from the crystal-clear waters and golden sands of Santa Maria del Focallo beach, in the enchanting south-eastern region of Sicily. The villa is laid out over two independent levels. On the ground floor are three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), each with its own private bathroom with shower, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious, light-filled open-plan living area. An external staircase leads to the first floor, where a fourth double bedroom with en-suite bathroom ensures additional privacy and relaxation.
