Villa Nea - Is Molas

Dawn – in Sardinian “Nea” - is the joy of the new day that is beginning, bringing with it new emotions. The villas of Is Molas have been designed with this in mind – to make a gift of the splendour of the rising sun, and inspire contemplation. 

Set amidst the scents and colours of Mediterranean brush growth, Villa Nea is marked by its harmonious configuration and natural colours, which recall the typical artisan works of the island, and it is set in a large plot measuring 1,200 m². Privacy among the villas is guaranteed by lush plantings. 

With an area of 395 m², the villa is composed of three wings set around a central body covered by a terrace. This central space unites the three wings, and its large picture windows create continuity with surrounding nature.

On the ground floor is a day area with kitchen, dining room and lounge; there is also a study with bathroom and a bedroom with ensuite. 

The night zone, on the first floor, can be reached from the inside or the outside, and consists of two bedrooms, both with ensuite. The rooms look out over a large terrace measuring 90 m², irregular in shape, where relaxation areas are situated, offering a series of panoramic views.  

Externally, there is a large lawn, a pool and two vehicle parking spaces. Free Wi-Fi connection.

The nearest beaches are: Suergiu de Mari 4 km, Santa Margherita 10 km, Chia 17 km.

Several services of Is Molas Hotel are available on request. Tourist tax not included, to be paid on site.
