In the heart of the Capo Coda Cavallo promontory, Villa Marini is a gem of rare beauty, set amidst the nuances of the Sardinian sea and the salt pans where pink flamingos dance. Just a few steps from the beach of Salina Bamba, this private residence offers an exclusive holiday experience, with a breathtaking view that stretches as far as the salt pans, a natural heritage of inestimable value.

The villa is spread over two levels, with refined interiors and outdoor spaces that invite relaxation and the pleasure of the senses. On the ground floor, light floods an elegant living room that opens onto a panoramic veranda, while the bedrooms are retreats of tranquillity with sea views. On the lower floor, the villa is completed with additional living spaces, including a second kitchen and bedrooms with private bathrooms. The property is enhanced by a private garden, a panoramic terrace, and a private swimming pool with a large solarium (open from 01/06 to 01/11), where the Sardinian sun caresses the skin and time seems to stand still.

Villa Marini accommodates its guests in five bedrooms, each designed to offer comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, the master bedroom overlooks the sea, while the second double bedroom has its own bathroom. On the lower floor, two further double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, complete the offer for a restful night's sleep.  The villa has 7 bathrooms, distributed between the two floors. On the ground floor, a service bathroom, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and terrace, and a private bathroom for the master bedroom. On the lower floor, three private bathrooms for the bedrooms and a further bathroom. Two open-plan kitchens, one on each floor, are fully equipped to meet the culinary needs of guests, with a breakfast table on the ground floor and a dining room on the lower floor. The living room on the ground floor is an oasis of light and comfort, with direct access to the covered veranda, furnished for al fresco dining, and overlooking the pool and beach of Salina Bamba.
