Villa Emanuela is an elegant villa with swimming pool in a peaceful location only 3 km away from the beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
The villa is on two levels and is surrounded by a 1000 m² garden furnished with tables, chairs, sofas and garden umbrellas and this is where the 10x4-metre pool is located.
On the ground floor: two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with kitchen overlooking the pool. On the first floor, accessible by an internal staircase, instead: a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. With its three bedrooms, Villa Emanuela can accommodate 6 persons but, on request, two extra beds can be added.
Points of interest in the area: Punta Cirica at 7 km, Ispica and Pozzallo at 10 km, Pachino at 18 km, the Marina di Modica at 20 km and Noto at 28 km. The nearest airports are Comiso airport at 70 km and Catania airport at 112 km.
