The hotel, on five floors, offers guests a small SPA with gym, a meeting room for 30 people, a bistro, a bar and a swimming pool, unique in the city of Modica, which guarantees total relaxation even during the winter months.

The 59 rooms of the Modica Boutique Hotel combine a refined atmosphere with a warm welcome. They are equipped with: double or twin beds (with the possibility of a cot in the room at an extra charge), extra bed (child or adult) in triple rooms, bathroom with shower, minibar, flat screen TV with SKY Gold package and satellite channels, safe, piped music in the bathroom, individually controlled air conditioning and heating.
Beach
