Masseria Donna Cristina is a recently renovated villa in the Taranto area, divided between the countryside and the sea.
It is about 3 km from the beach of Campomarino and about 4 km from Maruggio.

The Masseria has been renovated respecting the original structure, preserving valuable architectural elements such as the stone vaults typical of the area, and incorporating design elements and modern, high quality materials.

Masseria Donna Cristina is on two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (4 in the bedrooms and one for guests without a shower). There are three different apartments, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is the main apartment, consisting of a large living room with direct access to the garden, sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, wi-fi, dishwasher, microwave, hob, coffee maker), two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a third guest bathroom. Also on the ground floor is an annexe consisting of a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an open space with fully equipped kitchen and sofa with TV. The kitchen also has all the appliances from the other apartment and has direct access to the garden and patio.
On the first floor there is another apartment with a bedroom, a full bathroom, an open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa; the outdoor space is a beautiful partially covered terrace with a 2x2m outdoor Jacuzzi.
Even on the ground floor, the outdoor spaces are divided between the two apartments, with only the swimming pool (3x12m) being shared.

The price includes free wifi, electricity, the use of the jacuzzi on the terrace, the initial supply of bed linen and towels, as well as mid-week and final cleaning, while the heating of the indoor and pool areas is the responsibility of the client.
