Located on the first floor and fully renovated in 2021, the property boasts an enviable position—just cross the road to reach the golden sands.The house features an independent entrance via an external staircase, leading to a wraparound balcony that opens onto a spacious panoramic terrace facing the sea—perfect for breakfast with a view or sunset aperitifs. The interiors include a kitchen-living room with a single sofa bed and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.The home is located in a convenient area with easy access to local services: within walking distance you’ll find a supermarket, bar, and newsstand. During the summer months (from June 10th to August 31st), guests can reserve two sunbeds and an umbrella at the beach club directly in front of the house. Free public parking is available just outside the property.
