Villa Disia consists of a single building on two floors. On the lower floor there is an open plan living area with dining table, sofas and TV. The dining area is connected to the kitchen, from which there is access to the outdoor veranda, equipped with an outdoor dining table. Also on this floor there are two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor there are two more double bedrooms and one with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath.

Outside, not far from the villa, there is a swimming pool area surrounded by a hedge and a small gate, for the safety of children.

A barbecue area, a children's playground, private parking and a ping-pong table complete the offer.
