Casa Carlita is a luxury villa set within a lush 39,000 m² olive grove, perched on a private hill in the heart of the Val di Noto. Built with local materials and refined sandstone finishes, the property strikes a perfect balance between contemporary architecture, comfort, and harmony with nature. Its panoramic position offers spectacular views over the Sicilian countryside and the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea, just a 15-minute drive away.

The interiors are bright and elegant, featuring a modern and understated style. Spacious indoor and outdoor living and dining areas invite guests to enjoy relaxed and convivial moments. The kitchen, both refined and functional, is fully equipped to meet the needs of even the most discerning guests.

The villa includes four tastefully furnished double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, work station, and large windows overlooking the landscape. Two of the rooms also feature a private terrace. Upon request, three double beds can be converted into six comfortable singles.

Outside, the landscaped garden alternates between lawn and Mediterranean flora, enhanced by elegant night lighting. The scenic pool is partially open-air, naturally heated by the sun, and partially shaded under a loggia with a bar corner. A tower with a panoramic terrace overlooks the area – a privileged spot to enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the sea.

Casa Carlita ensures absolute privacy. A private path leads directly to the elegant eco-resort Masseria della Volpe, where, upon request, guests can access exclusive services including a spa, sports courts, a helipad, and the renowned Ristorante Coda Rossa.

The nearest airport is Comiso, about 82 km away, while Catania Fontanarossa is approximately 107 km from the property.

Note: the villa is accessible via an unpaved country road.
